Geography
‘Geography is a living, breathing subject, constantly adapting itself to change. It is dynamic and relevant. For me geography is a great adventure with a purpose. Geography is a subject which holds the key to our future.’

At Wheelers Lane Primary School, Geography provokes and provides answers to questions about the natural and human aspects of the world. The children develop an understanding of how the features of the world have changed over time and how different aspects of our surroundings affect and depend on each other. Our curriculum inspires our children to have a strong sense of curiosity and fascination.
We are passionate that all children appreciate the world around them and their place in it. Through inspirational lessons, the children learn skills that equip them for life and foster aspirations to explore our global community.
